Please give us a short summary of your website?
WE offer a CBT therpy based service in English, for the large ex pat community now living in Spain plus we see an ever growing number of English speaking clients who fly over to Malaga airport for anything from a day to ten days for dedicated treatment.
We treat, Cocaine, Alcohol and Nicotine Addiction, Bulimia, Anorexia, Panic Attacks plus things like depression etc.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
We see the web as the ultimate marketing platform for our sort of business.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
I was an initial founder of 'Mint Content' which ten years or more ago was created to provide content to the large numbers of web site organisations.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
It was Simple, the clinic was to be called Elite, so we added it with and put clinic in afterwards, the result

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Content is king with us, the more information the more use and value you provide to your visitors the better the reception you receive, thats what we feel anyway.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To be the number one resource for our market sector.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
So so really, we invest a lot of effort in keeping the site upto date we try to add new 'value' content at least on a weekly basis, we receice contact from new clients each week and this is improving every month or so.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would employ a seo person to keep us up the top....
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
yep we think so
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
We made the mistake of taking a pic from a photo agency web site, they threatened us with everything, scarry time....
Now we take all our own photos for use on the site
What has been your biggest challenge?
Just the day to day slog of keeping all the balls in the air, the site is our life blood, it keeps the clients coming.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Writting and distributing articles on web based PR sites
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
More commitment required to keep it fresh and interesting
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
The site has been up nearly five years and will continue as long as it pays it's way
