It reduces the risk of person's tendency to having heart diseases tenfold. It can also be a good way to trim those fats down to achieve the 'sexy', slim body you are seeking. Not to mention other health benefits it can give you.
Figuratively, walking is good for the heart, especially for lovers. Studies shows that humans, when in love, experience an increased in their bodily activities, including the immune system. The immunity of a person boosts when he/she is in love thus reducing the tendency of a person of contracting any disease.
So it is advisable for all of us to have a good walk at least 10 minutes everyday. It is better if you will walk on a place away from pollution, a place where you will enjoy what you see.
