For many people, the fall season is a wonderful season. I personally find it like that. It is a time of reflection and a time for waiting for the first snow flakes to fall down. It is a time to appreciate the cycle of life, thinking that after the falling of leaves, the falling of snow, new sets of leaves will start to sprout from the tree branches.
Unfortunately, some people do no look forward to this season, as seasons like this cause thyroid-induced depression to them. How does our thyroid glands affect depression and what does this have to do with autumn? Find out here.
