BeFit4Free.com is Discount Supplement Web Site that also offers over 300 pages of free exercise guides, diet plans and supplement reviews. We offer the newest supplements and deal with large volume orders, so we are able to offer Wholesale prices on all supplements.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
We started in 2004 as an informational web site for weight loss and bodybuilding articles. Since then, we have grown to a large size and stock over 6,000 discount supplement products daily! Our staff all have been involved in the Health and Fitness Industry for at least 6 years.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
First web site was called EliteMuscleAndFitness.com and it was pretty lame... lol. It was pretty cheesy, and I couldn't get it to change color from the sky blue with purple writing... It was not my best work, but BeFit4Free.com has a very good audience.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Free weight loss and bodybuilding info. I wanted to teach people to BeFit4Free.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Knowledgeable staff who are experts in the fitness industry, IFBB Pro sponsorship, and cheap supplements!
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Increase traffic to compete with the "Big Dogs".
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
For the first couple of years it was terrible, but now it's great! I still work 7 days per week / 12-14 hours per day, but it's starting to pay off!!! We are sponsoring a pay-per-view MMA fight, and hope to sponsor IFBB Pro Andy Haman in the near future!
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I'd like to be able to spend $10k - $25k more per month on advertising... That would be huge for growth!
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
I've already hired authors, CPT's and SEO Expert, I'd have to hire more!!!
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
LOTS... lol
What has been your biggest challenge?
Missing time with my beautiful wife Lisa.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Web Site Marketing and Bodybuilding Shows.

Not sure
Why do you feel that Nutritional Supplements are Necessary for Health?
The foods we eat today are bleached, enhanced, processed, and cooked to death. We need nutritional supplements because the vitamins and minerals just aren't in our food anymore.
