Please give us a short summary of your website?
The website is dedicated to increase the manual medicine knowledge to Physiotherapists and other Doctors all over Greece. The European Academy of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy was established a education resource for manual therapy that used to find and treat the root causes of dysfunctions. Our educational program in Greece is aimed at merging the examination of the musculoskeletal, visceral, cranial, myofascial and neural systems into an integrated holistic examination procedure.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
The mission of our website is to inform and promote our training program in Greece throughout the www
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
I created my first website in September 2000 by learning the html code and javascript through computer magazines without the aid of any web tool. That was realy very exciting. It was a private site.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Well, I just thougth that the name should be in a relation with our Academy.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
I think that we are a unique educational institution that goes straight out of our website. Check out our Student Blogs The Academy's workshops offer an intensive, hands-on experience. In the creation of our curriculum, we worked with Osteopathy and Chiropractic students and practitioners from around the world to develop the most comprehensive and intensive programs. We adapted the best elements of Manual medicine and designed a new concept which provide a more ....realistic therapy, a multifactorial approach to the examination and treatment procedure. Advanced Manual and manipulative therapy is flexible in meeting the diverse needs in practice. To be a good manual and manipulative therapist is not done "by learning a ton of theory". It is done by immersion in the process and by knowing the "whys" and "hows." It is done by hands-on experience, trial and error, feedback and correction, questions and answers. By working in a series of cases, and By working hands-on, day to day. Our students are not lost in large classes and in tons of theory Thats our goal.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
I keep it for income. I think that I m fair. Maybe I m also a healthy skepticism
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
The time investment has been more expensive than the ....money investment. The way how I spend my time is more important to me.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Improving health by reducing harm from misleading therapies
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
I will be always on the side of our web-admins when they ask
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Well, I’m a liitle sensitive soul,and sometimes I feel how some people try to displace a normal sense of right and wrong. Time is money and I don’t really have to spend time worrying about how others find creative ways to misunderstand fairly clear statements
What has been your biggest challenge?
To run 4 x 4 months certification courses in India and having twice a blood sepsis.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Meeting the ‘right’ people can result in a number of positive outcomes
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Very good ! More of what we expected
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
The Site is new. We have a nice traffic, ...so what?

There is no sponsors involved, i think, that's a gut idea. Why not?
