A small kid studying science might tell you easily that Mercury is a toxic substance and hence not good for the body. But it took nearly 32 years for a professional organization such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to realize this truth. Finally they also have issued a warning regarding this. How would you define this - A genius child or a Stubborn institution?
