In order for our body to function well, our body needs sources of energy. It may take on the form of carbohydrates and also amino acids.
One such amino acid is glutamine, which is highly utilized in the division of our cells. It's actually called a non-essential amino acid because it is already produced by our body--but don't make the mistake by thinking it is unimportant. It definitely is not!
