drbrownstein.com is site created by the doctor himself. His blog topic, "Caution with Kelp Supplements," tells how people with low iodine levels have been prescribed to kelp supplements. Dr. Brownstein found that these supplements may contain toxic amounts of arsenic or halides. The blog tells you to be cautious of what you take for your supplement. Be sure that if you have kelp supplements that they are always tested for toxic elements. Also, he recommends a safer supplement called Iodoral.
