Hi Anil.
Perhaps what you are asking about is Hernia. I know a lot of people who has hernia but knew too little about it. So I did a little researched via Wikipedia and other resources to help you answer your question. I will also try to insert my own understanding and knowledge about it.
Hernia is the protruding or extending of either a tissue or an organ from where it is usually contained. The most common form of hernia is called Inguinal Hernia but there are just too many kinds of hernia to mention. The most common factor that starts hernia to a person is pressure.
When a person exerts too much pressure than what the organ, tissue of the membrane it is contained can accommodate, the boundary breaks and looses resulting into a protrusion. Like for example, when you are picking an item from the floor while standing, and the item is too heavy, you need to exert too much pressure on your tissues, muscles and organs and may contribute to having hernia.
Generally, people with hernia ad advised to go into a surgical procedure. Failure to cure hernia in its early stage may result into organ malfunction, dysfunction or worse when the organ tissue dies and starts to decay known as gangrene.
Hernia belt is worn around the stomach in the part where the navel is to prevent umbillical hernia. There is also what we call hernia brief to prevent femorral or inguinal hernia. Yoga is also now used to cure hernia. In contrast with the surgical operations, yoga focuses on good posture and stance to prevent hernia. One form of yoga known to cure hernia is called "Pavanmukta Asana" or the Wind Releasing Posture and the Sarvanga Asana or the Shoulder Stand.
