When did you start your website and why?
Had started the website since february 2006 using the ecommerce application. the webhost i was hosting having problem after that which their server had been attacked by hackers. then had changed to a new web hosting that is reliable and since then it started until now. Why i started it because i would like to promote healthy lifestyles and family relatives and friends around support it as to harmonize the people around me !

The website contain several parts that are My Natural Health Shop Blog, an ecommerce website and forum in the nearest time. the main website is the online natural health shop.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
to setup the shop, have only basic skill in programming, BUT i managed to get technical support from experience ecommerce programmers and users. and to do the search engine marketing in for the new websites.
What has been the easist part of operating your website?
i am using an ecommerce application where it has been used by 70000 plus user around the world. updating of product and content management is much easier as no need programming skil to update the web content.
What was your biggest mistake?
decision to choosed my first web hosting provider which is a local company.
Who maintains your website and why?
I have ecommerce programmer to check on the site programming part, but most of the time i personally managed the website, setting and configuration of the page layout and product update. control the transaction data and money transfer which being handled by Paypal and Maybank2u.
Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?
I have a small physical shop but would like to expand it into global markets so by this website somehow it can be achieve. Website give your shop to run 24 hours and 7 days.
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
ecommerce had being started 2 to 5 years back world wide but not that popular in Malaysia, but lately Malaysia internet scene had started to grow and exposure towards the ecommerce.
What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
SEO is somehow very subjectives as the algorithms of the search engine is VERY complex furthermore of their changes according to certain time. SEO somehow can help your website to be known globaly. SEO is simply like ... if you are Mr Ali Food just started business open a shop but not much people know you BUT if KFC open a shop then no need of do big marketing for it as people know it well. so SEO is just to make sure other website know your website too.
What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?
ALL search engine have basic 3 parts which is the crawler, index page and search interface. they helped user around the world to do the searching. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is more related to marketing site of serach engine and its big thing.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
...to DIRECTORIES, before that full optimization for your website could help on promoting your website as some search engine trust your web content with the age of your website in the world wide web.
What method has been least successful for promoting your website?
designing a website without proper guide line. not user friendly to end user and not user friendly to search engine crawlers.
What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?
for the malaysian market to be more exposure to the internet and as well as to ecommerce.
