When did you start your website and why?
The site was started about a year ago to give customers information about various health and fitness issues. I'm often trying to find fitness info on the net and though I could provide an easy to navigate health and fitness resource site. I also wanted to try and make a bit a money.

The site covers various topics including addiction, beauty, general health and fitness, womens health and more. It includes regular articles and information to help any problems, along with various products and ebooks. There is also a forum where people can share their thoughts, stories and ideas.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
Getting regular and up to date information on there. It's a part time occupation, so having time to keep it updated is the main problem.
Who maintains your website and why?
I maintain it all myself, everything you see I have designed and created. It means I have much more freedom to have the site how I want.

More and more people want to get information online. It's the way forward.

It's becoming more and more popular and it's definitely hear to stay.

If you want to get high in the search engines then to have the right searh engine optimization is essential

They will help the site the more and more I build it up. It's still in it's infancy so I'm hoping the search engines will be a big help to the site.
