Glutathione, the antioxidant, is actually naturally present mostly in the lens of our eyes. So there isn't much use for the food supplement. Well, if you're still young, that is. it's because over time, glutathione levels in our blood drop.
Probably the only use glutathione may have for you if you're still young is its skin whitening properties.
