When I was still a kid, my mom used to tell me that I have to get enough sleep for me to grow faster. Unfortunately, I have a hard headed son. Whenever she's around, I follow her rules and always sleep in the afternoon. But when she's not, I go around and roam to different places.Aside from that, I also hate drinking milk. Over the years I have developed a dislike for anything with milk. Not totally a lactose intolerant, but for some reason I want to classify myself as one.
The effect? I have stunned growth. My brother and sisters are tall. My parents are not tall but they are not small either. And now I regret that I was not able to follow their rules and now I living in this world with a short height.
A good sleep is always a good source of growth. It is the time when our growth hormones are at their peak working to increase our bones and do its natural process faster.
Having a good sleep is also a way to increase ones reserved strength. It's surprising that we all feel energized everytime we woke up from a complete sleep or a complete rest.
If only Andrea Bocelli was able to sing for me everytime I go to sleep, I think I'll be taller. I envy Elso for having the chance to be sung to sleep by Mr. Andrea Bocelli.
