Fermented Cabbage Recipe

Fresh may be good, but you certainly need to eat some fermented food, too. This is because, according to the study of the Lancet in Australia, consumption of lacto-fermented vegetables is positively associated to low asthma and skin disorders.

You don't have to go that far to get your daily dose of fermented food. Cabbage is among those items that you can try fermenting. Here's one recipe that you can do.
