Everyone of us uses our hands everyday. It is very hard for a human to move and do their daily chores without hands. Perhaps our hands are the most useful part of our body when it comes to moving things.British program BBC recently reported that while everyone value their hands so much for its use, and while everything we do is by hands, we failed to examine the hands themselves.
On a recent research done, researchers found out that the human hands have different types of bacteria. Even more surprising is that they found out bacteria level on a woman's hand is much higher than of the hands of a man.
Researchers said that while washing our hands regularly may reduce the number of bacterias in our hands, it doesn't eliminate them. As a matter of fact, it is found that 4 hours after washing our hands, the number of bacterias go back to its normal number.
In the study, it is also found that bacterias on your left and your right hands are relatively different. Only 17% of these bacterias are the same on both hands. Also, only 13% of these bacterias are shared by every human, so it means there are more different types of bacteria on a person than the bacterias that are alike.
