Please give us a short summary of your website?
Holistic techniques, cures and help for removing the root causes of anxiety disorders and depression.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
To help reach people who are suffering from anxiety disorders and depression, and give them all the free information they need for creating a healthy and happy life.
When I was suffering from anxiety I had nowhere to turn. There was no useful information out there on anxiety, what it is, or how to overcome it. It took me literally years trying to get a grip and to work out what was going on in my life.
At the time I wished there was something out there that could show me the way. So that's why I have created AnxietyMadeWell.com
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This is my first real website and it was launched around 10th July.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
It describes perfectly the purpose of the website.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
It's completely FREE and selfless. It addresses important issues that the medical profession don't have time for.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
My eventual goal is to heal as many people as possible, to wash out negativity, and to create other powerful healers that can help relieve suffering in the globe.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
I'm still in the beginning stages of website but I have received a great deal of satisfaction with how far I have come so far. So it has been well worth it.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would be able to spend more time on my website, and I would use the budget for marketing my site and promoting it with relevant indexes to get a very high ranking.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes. It would become my full time project.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
I bought a new laptop. I decided to learn Linux from scratch on my own. I have also taught myself HTML, CSS and other aspects of website development.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Learning how to install programs in Linux.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
http://selfpromotion.com
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
There is a lot more work involved that one would expect.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
I've only had this website for a month, and it's probably going to be a lifetime project. I plan to keep on working on it until it's successful.
What is your website address?
